iOS App Release

iOS App Release

We’ve launched the Gizmo iOS app, bringing core communication and workflow tools to a native mobile experience.

Loan officers can now receive push notifications, text borrowers, and search loan files directly from their phone—making it easier to respond quickly, stay aligned with their pipeline, and keep work moving even when they’re away from their desk.

The iOS app syncs in real time with the Gizmo web app and uses the same secure sign-in, so teams can stay connected without changing how they work.

Credit pull improvements

Faster, Easier Credit Pulls

We redesigned the UI for pulling credit, and simplified our integration with credit providers to maximize efficiency.

Now, it takes roughly ~2.5 seconds to pull a Tri-Merge credit report.

We still export the loan to your LOS and import credit in the background, but the front-end immediate feedback is now much faster.

Upgrading AI Agents to Omni-Channel

Your Outbound Agents are now able to engage with borrowers via Voice, SMS, Email, and Web Chat.

The agent is able to maintain context across every channel. For example:

  • The agent has an SMS conversation with the borrower
  • Days later, the borrower calls in
  • The agent will recall the previous SMS conversation and use the additional context to better engage the borrower

We've united each conversation in a single view, showing you exactly which channel the message took place.
