Integrate directly with Fannie Mae

We are excited to share that Gizmo is now an official technology partner of Fannie Mae.

Customers have been able to run AUS findings inside Gizmo since early last year through LOS integrations. This partnership formalizes that work and unlocks several meaningful improvements:

• Certainty: Gizmo automatically reads and interprets findings, surfacing clear indicators for results, inspection waivers, document requirements, and conditions.
• Agility: Run and compare multiple loan scenarios, with findings cleanly segmented across each option.
